We want our furry friends to be happy with their new gear, so if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we'll happily organise a refund providing the following conditions are met:

Refunds

Return postage will be at the customer’s expense
unless otherwise confirmed by Floofy.
For return parcels, tracking is recommended as
we do not take responsibility for what happens in
transit. Any lost or damaged items from return
parcels will be at the returner’s expense, so
pawlease pack your returns carefully.

If an order is returned to us after being sent to an
incorrect address, incomplete address or is
uncollected from the post office, redelivery of the
returned order will be at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is requested, the refund will be the
purchase price minus shipping costs.
