We want our furry friends to be happy with their new gear, so if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we'll happily organise a refund providing the following conditions are met:
Impawtant: All orders will be inspected upon return to ensure the above conditions are met. Failing to meet any of the above conditions may result in a return denial and us sending the original product back to you (we don’t want that!). In some scenarios, we may ask you to send photos of the goodies you are returning to check their condition before postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your item and it has been inspected and tail-wag approved, we will notify you and process your refund. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment, which may take a few days depending on your bank’s processing times.
Return Parcels and Return Postage
Return postage will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise confirmed by Floofy. For return parcels, tracking is recommended as we do not take responsibility for what happens in transit. Any lost or damaged items from return parcels will be at the returner’s expense, so pawlease pack your returns carefully.
If an order is returned to us after being sent to an incorrect address, incomplete address or is uncollected from the post office, redelivery of the returned order will be at the customer’s expense. If a refund is requested, the refund will be the purchase price minus shipping costs.
