We thought about giving you one length, but Theodore suggested we do three, so our leash can be fully adjusted to change the way you walk and socialise. Need to park pup for a quick coffee? Latch the leash onto a front loop for easy anchorage. More than one floof in the fam? Unclip the handle loop to walk two pups at once.

We want our furry friends to be happy with their new gear, so if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, we'll happily organise a refund providing the following conditions are met:
- The goodies are unused and in their original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.
- The items are not sold in a clearance sale.
- The items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase from Floofy provided.
Impawtant: All orders will be inspected upon return to ensure the above conditions are met. Failing to meet any of the above conditions may result in a return denial and us sending the original product back to you (we don’t want that!). In some scenarios, we may ask you to send photos of the goodies you are returning to check their condition before postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your item and it has been inspected and tail-wag approved, we will notify you and process your refund. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment, which may take a few days depending on your bank’s processing times.
